IT Home Launches New M.2 SSD Enclosure with Built-in USB-C Cable
IT Home has released a new M.2 SSD enclosure for overseas markets, offering 20Gbps or 10Gbps transfer speeds. The device features an integrated USB-C cable for portability.
Chinese technology firm IT Home has launched a new M.2 SSD enclosure in overseas markets, available in both 10Gbps and 20Gbps versions. The 10Gbps model is priced at $29.99, while the 20Gbps version costs $34.99.
The enclosure is constructed with an aluminum alloy casing, designed to be lightweight and easy to carry. It includes a built-in USB-C cable for convenience and comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter to ensure compatibility with computers lacking USB-C ports.
This new enclosure supports various M.2 SSD form factors, including 2280, 2230, 2242, and 2260, and is compatible with SSDs up to 8TB in capacity. The 10Gbps version utilizes a USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface, whereas the 20Gbps model features the faster USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 standard. The product also incorporates a status indicator light and a cable clip.
