IT Home Launches Smartphone Guide for Senior Users
IT Home has announced the release of a "Senior User Smartphone Guide" to help older individuals navigate mobile technology. One million copies are being distributed nationwide through its retail stores.

IT Home, a Chinese technology entity, has launched a new initiative aimed at assisting senior citizens with their smartphone usage. The "Senior User Smartphone Guide" provides clear, step-by-step instructions for common mobile functions.
The company is distributing approximately one million copies of the guide free of charge across China. Interested individuals can collect their copies from IT Home's physical retail locations. Information on participating stores is available through IT Home's official channels and service announcements.
This follows a similar program initiated in February, where 70,000 "Smartphone Usage Guides" were made available. Those earlier guides offered advice on adjusting font sizes, increasing volume, identifying icons, managing contacts, and handling app installations and removals.
The program aims to bridge the digital divide by making technology more accessible to the elderly population, thereby facilitating easier communication and access to digital services.
