IT Home: Nearly Half of AITO M6 Users Under 35, Female Drivers Approaching 50%
Huawei's AITO M6 electric vehicle is attracting a notably young and female demographic, according to IT Home.

Chinese tech outlet IT Home reports that the user profile for Huawei's AITO M6 electric vehicle indicates a significant proportion of young and female buyers. According to a company representative, nearly half of the car's purchasers are under 35 years old, with the share of female drivers also approaching 50 percent.
Drivers have provided positive feedback, particularly regarding the vehicle's driver-assistance features, which are noted for easing daily commutes. The car's range and chassis performance on longer journeys have also reportedly exceeded expectations. Some owners have customized the cabin to create a more personal space.
The AITO M6 model is available in both fully electric and range-extended versions, starting at approximately 229,800 yuan (around $31,500 USD). Cumulative deliveries for the model have surpassed 50,000 units, indicating its market reception in China.
This user demographic deviates from traditional automotive target groups and could signal a shift in consumer preferences and adoption of new energy technologies, especially among younger and female drivers.
