Chinese technology firm IT Home has opened pre-orders for its new Lawaken X-AI memory glasses. The device's key features include the ability to record audio continuously for up to 12 hours and provide real-time translation across 128 languages. The glasses are offered in multiple frame styles, with pre-sale prices starting at 699 yuan (approximately $97 USD).
The AI memory glasses are designed for comprehensive AI-powered recording, catering to high-frequency scenarios such as meetings, business visits, and project management. Weighing 26 grams (excluding lenses and modules), the glasses feature a quick-release design allowing users to swap frames to match different outfits.
The device supports automatic capture of to-dos, key conclusions, and priorities. Users can retrieve information via voice queries, and the system can generate meeting minutes and documents through integration with Tencent Cloud WorkBuddy, streamlining post-meeting work. Data is managed in layers, allowing users to edit, delete, and export records, with AES-256 cloud encryption for security.
Connectivity with mainstream Agent platforms like Doubao, Feishu, and Codex allows for cross-platform memory recall and workflow integration. The glasses offer up to 12 hours of recording time on a single charge, completed in approximately 60 minutes. An optional 10-gram camera module can be attached for first-person video capture at 12 megapixels, syncing audio, text, and images.
