Chinese technology company IT Home, also known as Colorful, has introduced a new BWV retro Bluetooth speaker. The device is priced at 399 Chinese yuan and is named to honor the classical music composer Johann Sebastian Bach.
The speaker features a 35W output power and utilizes a triple acoustic architecture. It is equipped with a 3.5-inch woofer for low and mid frequencies and a 30mm silk dome tweeter for high frequencies. The unit includes a digital signal processor (DSP) for audio tuning, aiming to deliver sound faithful to the original recording.
The enclosure is constructed from high-density natural wood and wrapped in leather, designed to enhance acoustic properties and reduce resonance. The front panel is covered with an acoustic fabric, which protects the drivers and acts as a dust barrier. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.3, an AUX wired connection, and support for USB drives and TF cards for offline playback.
The speaker is powered by a large-capacity battery, offering up to 13 hours of continuous playback at 50% volume. IT Home positions the product as a blend of vintage design and contemporary audio technology.
