IT Home: ZhuiYuan Awards Employees an Extra Month's Salary as Special Bonus
Chinese technology company ZhuiYuan has announced a special performance bonus for all its full-time employees, equivalent to one month's salary. The bonus also includes employees who have recently left the company.
According to IT Home's report on July 31, ZhuiYuan, a company specializing in artificial intelligence and robotics, has decided to award its employees a significant bonus. The announcement was made during an internal meeting held on July 30, where management confirmed that performance targets for the first half of 2026 were exceeded.
As a recognition of the employees' efforts and to share in the company's rapid development, ZhuiYuan will issue a "mid-year special performance bonus." This bonus, equivalent to one fixed monthly salary, will be paid out in a single installment with the July salary. The company stated that this benefit extends to all formal employees who were employed between January 1 and June 30, 2026, including those who have since departed.
ZhuiYuan was founded in 2023 and is led by Chairman and CEO Deng Taihua, and President and CTO Peng Zhihui, widely known online as "Zhihui Jun." The company has focused on the production of general-purpose humanoid robots, with reports indicating significant production milestones, including the shipment of thousands of units.
Data from Omdia in 2025 placed ZhuiYuan at the forefront of the global humanoid robot market, with shipments exceeding 5100 units, capturing approximately 39% of the market share in that sector.
