IT services firm KLANIK upgrades financial operations with Sage Intacct
French IT services company KLANIK has integrated Sage Intacct with its existing project management software to gain real-time visibility into mission profitability.
KLANIK, a Marseille-based IT services firm employing 800 people, has deployed Sage Intacct to professionalize its financial management. The move addresses data silos that had previously hindered the firm from fully leveraging project-level financial data for its international operations.
The firm, which operates in roughly ten countries, linked the new financial system with its existing project management tool, Boond. This integration allows the finance team to allocate costs and track profitability on a per-project basis, providing necessary insights for decision-making during high-growth phases.
Supported by implementation partner Iniwave, the transition focuses on automating project reporting and ensuring compliance with emerging e-invoicing standards. The project allows KLANIK to maintain a high level of operational detail as it continues to manage its diverse client portfolio across the cloud and project management sectors.
