ITAB Group has signed a new framework agreement with the Norwegian grocery retail chain REMA 1000. The agreement involves a large-scale rollout of store interiors, loss prevention solutions, and shopping trolleys and baskets across REMA 1000's stores in Norway.
The contract duration is 42 months, and the total estimated value for products, services, and installations is approximately 320 million Norwegian kroner (around $30 million USD). However, the agreement does not include any minimum purchase commitments.
REMA 1000 operates around 650 stores in Norway and an additional 350 stores in Denmark, positioning it as a leading grocery retailer in the Nordics. This agreement is expected to enhance ITAB's presence within the Nordic grocery sector.
