ITeBAU Construction Platform Serves 30 Building Authorities

The ITeBAU construction platform has expanded its user base to 30 municipalities with the addition of the city of Verden (Aller) as a new client. Developed by ITEBO-Unternehmensgruppe in collaboration with building authorities, the platform digitizes various stages of the building permit process, including construction notifications, applications, and permits.

The city of Verden will utilize the platform to enhance its services and streamline construction-related approval processes. The platform integrates involved authorities, departments, builders, and designers within a digital and legally compliant environment.

"We were convinced that ITeBAU not only enables the complete digitalization of application processes but can also integrate our existing PROSOZ BAU system," stated Dagmar Boenig-Willert, Head of Building Supervision and Monument Protection for the City of Verden. "This means for our employees that they can continue to work in their familiar system environment while still benefiting from the digitalization of applications."

The ITeBAU platform undergoes continuous development, aiming to keep pace with industry standards, such as the ongoing development and implementation of the XBau2 standard. The platform is currently in use by municipalities across Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, and Baden-Württemberg.
