ITEBO GmbH Certified Again as SAP Hosting Partner

ITEBO GmbH has again achieved the "SAP Certified in Hosting Operations" certification, with the renewal completed in late July. This certification validates ITEBO's capability to provide high-quality services for hosting and managing SAP applications.

The certification process involved a comprehensive audit by SAP SE, scrutinizing ITEBO's data center operations and the management of SAP applications. The audit confirmed that the services meet SAP's stringent requirements and that the organization's related service processes are robust.

This renewed certification enhances ITEBO's standing in SAP tender processes and strengthens its market position as an SAP service provider. As preparation, the company completed a detailed "audit checklist" of approximately 70 pages, outlining all services connected to SAP operations.

Jörg Schwarz, Head of SAP ERP Systems Service Area at ITEBO, highlighted the exemplary collaboration among the involved service departments as crucial to the project's success. The recertification underscores ITEBO's sustained commitment to quality and reliable service delivery within the SAP ecosystem.
