ITEBO Group has introduced a "Job Scholarship" program aimed at training specialists in modern workplaces and enhancing staff development. The initiative is supported by EU funds obtained through NBank, with the objective of addressing the shortage of skilled professionals in the IT sector.
Lena Scholz is the inaugural participant in the program. Starting in April 2022, she will undertake a year-long comprehensive training at LM IT Services AG. The curriculum focuses on modern IT topics within the Microsoft Cloud, including practical skills such as Intune and PowerShell, alongside personal development areas like project management and presentation techniques.
Scholz is balancing the scholarship and her work at ITEBO with her ongoing Bachelor's degree studies in Cognitive Science. She expressed enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and looks forward to applying them as a Modern Workplace specialist, noting the strong support from her colleagues. Training sessions for the program are offered biannually, in spring and autumn.
The ITEBO Group's scholarship program underscores its commitment to continuous learning and professional development, crucial for navigating the evolving demands of the digital workplace. This initiative aims to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology and maintains its capacity to deliver high-quality services.
