ITEBO eG is currently seeking pilot municipalities to test its developed AI-based chat and voice bot solution for public administration. The new technology aims to meet citizens' increasing expectations for faster and more accessible public services.
The pilot program specifically focuses on integration with the OpenR@thaus service portal. Development teams from ITEBO and Viind have prepared a technical concept designed to improve administrative accessibility 24/7 without additional personnel resources. The solution automates routine processes, speeds up request handling, and enables multilingual communication.
In addition to the chatbot, pilot municipalities will be offered early access to voice bot technology. The voice bot can assist with tasks such as appointment booking, form completion, and email sending in natural language. This can significantly reduce the administrative workload and enhance the citizen service experience.
Pilot municipalities will have the opportunity to actively shape the solution and strengthen their position as digital pioneers. ITEBO has previously announced its search for partners in AI solution development, such as the AutoFlow EMMA system for process automation.
