ITEBO-Unternehmensgruppe Passes ISO Audits Successfully

ITEBO-Unternehmensgruppe has successfully passed two crucial audits related to IT service management standards, securing recertification for ISO/IEC 20000-1 and maintaining its ISO 27001:2017 certification through a surveillance audit.

The week-long audits, conducted across ITEBO's various locations, focused on the company's internal processes and services. The examination scope included strategic and project-based consulting, planning, implementation, and IT operation, extending to full-service operation from its own data centers. These services cater to municipalities, churches, charitable organizations, and medium-sized businesses.

Auditors specifically commended ITEBO's "highly motivated team" for its strategic and overarching approach to optimization. Management acknowledged the contributions of all employees who have stabilized, expanded, and further developed the management system over the past years.

The next audit is scheduled for April 2024. In the interim, ITEBO employees will maintain service levels and continue working on process and service improvements. The company also plans to focus on emerging areas such as ISO 27001:22, BSI 200 Grundschutz, and Green IT to support clients with initiatives like the NIS2 directive implementation for municipalities.
