IWG Expands Presence in Asia with New Regus and Spaces Locations

International Workplace Group Plc (IWG), a provider of flexible workspaces, is continuing its expansion across Asia with the opening of new locations under its Regus and Spaces brands. The move aims to support the region's dynamic startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

IWG now operates more than 300 locations across Southeast Asia and Greater China, offering a range of services tailored to diverse business needs.

Key expansion efforts are focused on Singapore and Hong Kong. In Singapore, a new Spaces location has opened in the One Raffles Place Mall, providing street-level access in a prime business district. Additionally, Singapore will host the first Asian 'Signature by Regus' location in Asia Square Tower 1 and a 'No18' space at Capitol Piazza.

Hong Kong has seen the launch of two new Spaces sites in core business districts, Sun House and Lee Garden 3. These spaces are designed for both large corporations and individual entrepreneurs, offering versatile workspaces, meeting rooms, and event facilities, including a rooftop deck.

The expansion in Asia reflects IWG's strategy to accommodate business growth and agility in rapidly developing markets, providing flexible solutions in key urban centers.
