IWG opens new flexible workspace in Bangkok

International workplace provider IWG has expanded its presence in Thailand by opening a new flexible workspace under its HQ brand in Bangkok. The new site, located at SPE Tower on Phahonyothin Road, features 60 offices, 188 workstations, and two meeting rooms.

The facility is designed to meet the growing demand for flexible working solutions in Thailand's dynamic market. It offers coworking lounges, private offices, and open meeting spaces suitable for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small to medium-sized businesses.

IWG, also known for its Regus and SPACES brands, views Thailand as a promising growth market for flexible workers. "We are delighted that the success of Spaces and Regus in Thailand has paved the way for us to launch HQ’s first location in Bangkok," said Noelle Coak, HQ’s Country Head for Thailand.

The new workspace includes 24-hour CCTV, an on-site coffee bar, parking, and convenient access to transport links. The aim is to provide a professional environment that supports business growth and potentially reduces real estate costs for companies.
