Jaam Automation has launched M. by jaam, a new AI platform designed to integrate people, systems, and AI for managing complex business processes and gradually increasing AI responsibility.
London – Jaam Automation has introduced M. by jaam, a new AI platform aimed at coordinating people, systems, and artificial intelligence to manage complex business processes. The platform is intended to help organizations understand how work is performed and progressively assign more responsibility to AI.
The launch comes at a time when AI adoption is widespread, with 88% of organizations using it, yet only 7% have fully scaled its implementation. This highlights the challenge of moving from initial AI experimentation to broad business impact. M. by jaam addresses this by orchestrating work across individuals, systems, and AI agents, providing organizations with the visibility and control needed to introduce AI at their own pace.
At the core of M. by jaam is its Context Engine, which consolidates information about the organization, its knowledge base, and ongoing work. This engine provides AI with the necessary context to understand workflows and subsequent steps. The platform is capable of leveraging both Jaam's proprietary AI agents and existing enterprise AI investments.
Designed to integrate with existing technologies, M. by jaam supports solutions such as Microsoft Azure AI, Copilot, and Power Platform, alongside other business systems. Jaam Automation states that the platform enables businesses to progressively increase automation levels by analyzing, building, supporting, and optimizing processes through AI.
