Jackpot.com Expands Offering to Include Skill Games and Tournaments

San Francisco – Jackpot.com, a digital platform for lottery services, has announced the launch of its peer-to-peer (P2P) skill games and competitive tournaments. The expansion, conducted in partnership with THNDR, a B2B skill gaming platform provider, marks a significant evolution from the company's previous focus on lottery draws and scratch tickets.

This initiative positions Jackpot.com as the first lottery courier service to integrate real-money skill-based games alongside its existing offerings. The new games include options like Blackjack, Solitaire, and various slot titles, differentiating themselves by requiring player skill to determine outcomes, unlike games of pure chance. The introduction of competitive tournaments aims to foster recurring engagement and a sense of community among players.

The skill-based games are powered by THNDR's technology, designed for regulated gaming operators. THNDR reports having facilitated over 160 million games played across its network, enabling instant, skill-based matchmaking. Dharin Nanavati, Chief Growth Officer at Jackpot.com, stated that the addition of skill games is a step towards a comprehensive gaming platform.

Jackpot.com's consolidated offering now includes lottery games, digital scratch tickets, and P2P skill games and tournaments. The company also recently partnered with the grocery chain Kroger, increasing its visibility across multiple U.S. states. The new skill games and tournaments are available through the Jackpot.com mobile application in states including Arkansas, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Ohio.
