Jacques Diaz returns to Axians Germany as COO

Jacques Diaz is returning to Axians as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Axians Deutschland, starting April 1, 2026. He will report to Burim Mirakaj, CEO of VINCI Energies DACH & CEE ICT.

The appointment comes as Axians Deutschland continues its expansion strategy, which includes significant integration efforts. In the 2025 fiscal year, the company's revenue grew by 15.3 percent year-over-year. This growth was supported by the successful integration of former S&T Group entities across 10 countries, as well as the OFM Group and Rhön-Montage Group in Germany. The integration of the fernao Group, acquired in August 2024, into Axians' German and Swiss operations is also progressing.

Following a rebranding of its acquired businesses, Axians is consolidating its expertise in IT and managed services, broadband expansion, and cybersecurity under a unified brand. As the ICT brand of VINCI Energies, Axians supports businesses, municipalities, and network operators in the DACH & CEE region in modernizing their digital infrastructures.

In his COO role, Diaz will oversee strategic initiatives to support Mirakaj's objectives. His focus will be on driving further growth and integration within the VINCI Energies group, leveraging synergies across Axians' various business units. He is expected to pay particular attention to ongoing and upcoming integration projects. Axians Deutschland currently operates 72 specialized business units.
