Jaguar Uranium Reports Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate at Laguna Salada, Argentina

Jaguar Uranium Corp. has announced an independent mineral resource estimate (MRE) for its 100%-owned Laguna Salada Uranium-Vanadium Project located in Chubut Province, Argentina. The estimate was prepared in accordance with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Regulation S-K 1300 and National Instrument 43-101.

The MRE indicates resources of 4.2 million pounds of U₃O₈ in the Indicated category and 10.1 million pounds of U₃O₈ in the Inferred category. Vanadium resources are estimated at 31.1 million pounds of V₂O₅ (Indicated) and 57.3 million pounds of V₂O₅ (Inferred). These near-surface, bulk-tonnage resources cover approximately 4.3% of Jaguar's 210,284-hectare project.

Overall, the project is estimated to contain 21.1 million tonnes of Indicated Mineral Resources at 119 ppm U₃O₈ equivalent and 34.0 million tonnes of Inferred Mineral Resources at 170 ppm U₃O₈ equivalent. The company highlights the project as a potential Western Hemisphere source for critical minerals like uranium and vanadium, aiming to enhance supply security for the U.S. and its allies.

Jaguar Uranium reported nearly US$18 million in cash and no debt. The company plans to advance the project through targeted infill pitting, trenching, and sonic drilling. Management suggests the project's characteristics may allow for an efficient, low-impact development pathway in an established mining region.
