James M. Treppa Joins Signature Resolution's Panel of Neutrals
Signature Resolution has added James M. Treppa, an experienced litigator and former firm leader, to its panel of mediators. Treppa brings extensive experience in courtroom disputes and firm management.
San Francisco – Signature Resolution has announced that James M. Treppa has joined its panel of neutrals as a mediator.
Treppa's legal career focused on representing businesses and insureds in litigation, particularly in property, tenancy, HOA, and personal injury disputes. His practice later expanded to include construction, product liability, and employment matters.
He has experience arguing cases through to verdict and has participated in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations. For nearly twenty years, Treppa also served as managing partner of his law firm, providing him with a dual perspective on conflict resolution.
Dario Higuchi, founder and CEO of Signature Resolution, stated that Treppa's background as a trial lawyer and his practical judgment as a firm leader will serve parties well at the mediation table. Treppa earned his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law.
