Jameson launches digital platform for UK consumers
Pernod Ricard's Jameson whiskey has launched Jameson Connects, a new digital platform in the UK. Consumers can access exclusive experiences and content via a QR code on the bottle.

Jameson, the UK's leading Irish whiskey brand owned by Pernod Ricard, has introduced Jameson Connects, a new digital platform. This initiative allows consumers to access unique events, exclusive experiences, and brand-related content by scanning a QR code located on the bottle's neck.
The platform is positioned as a "not so serious whiskey club" and will feature monthly evolving content tailored to its community. This includes early access to new releases, invitations to gigs, competitions, cocktail recipes, curated playlists, and merchandise drops.
Leanne Banks, Marketing Director at Pernod Ricard UK, stated that Jameson Connects represents the next step in the brand's evolution to bring people together. "The process is really simple and as smooth as the liquid in the bottles; just scan the QR code on the Jameson bottle, then register and enjoy what comes your way," Banks said.
All Jameson Original bottles will feature the QR code and will be available through off-trade channels. The brand is reportedly outperforming the total whiskey category in the UK off-trade, with Jameson Original holding a significant value share.
