Jamie Telchin Appointed President of Multifamily at Third Lake Development
Third Lake Development announced Jamie Telchin has joined the company as President of Multifamily. Telchin will oversee the expansion and execution of the firm's multifamily platform.
Tampa, Florida – Real estate development firm Third Lake Development has appointed Jamie Telchin as President of Multifamily. In this role, Telchin will be responsible for the continued growth and execution of the company's multifamily platform.
Telchin brings over 25 years of real estate development experience, having led the development and redevelopment of projects totaling approximately $3 billion in capitalization across various asset classes. These include multifamily residential, luxury residential, hospitality, medical, and mixed-use developments.
Telchin's responsibilities will include advancing Third Lake Development's multifamily strategy, sourcing new development opportunities, guiding projects through entitlement and development phases, and expanding the firm's presence in high-growth markets, particularly within the Sun Belt region.
