Jane Goodall Institute urges York University to retire macaques

LCA, an animal advocacy group, stated that its undercover investigation revealed concerns regarding the welfare of the macaques within the university's research facilities. The organization aims to expose and end animal experimentation.

While specific details of LCA's findings have not been widely disseminated, the group has a history of campaigning against animal testing. York University has not yet issued a formal response to JGI's appeal or LCA's report.
