Jarrard Expands AI Capabilities and Hires New Talent
National healthcare consultancy Jarrard has expanded its artificial intelligence capabilities and hired 15 new professionals to meet growing client demand.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – National healthcare consultancy Jarrard has announced an expansion of its artificial intelligence capabilities. The firm aims to assist healthcare organizations in the responsible adoption of AI, focusing on leadership alignment, organizational readiness, and trust-building during significant change.
As part of this expansion, Jarrard has added 15 new professionals with expertise ranging from crisis navigation to change management to address increasing client demand. James Cervantes has been appointed to the newly created role of AI Lead, where he will oversee Jarrard's AI consulting and strategy. He will also lead the firm's internal AI strategy and enable responsible AI in client deliveries.

The firm has also hired Meltem Singh as Senior Vice President of AI Strategy and Enablement. Singh will work alongside Cervantes to build and scale Jarrard's AI capabilities.
In addition to these new leadership hires, Jarrard has bolstered its team with 15 new colleagues to meet heightened demand for its services in areas including crisis navigation, change management, and growth strategy. The firm's consulting and professional services team now comprises 107 members.
