Jazz Age Lawn Party expands to autumn schedule on Governors Island
The Jazz Age Lawn Party will host its first autumn event on Governors Island in New York on November 7 and 8.

Jazz Age Lawn Party, a recurring event series inspired by the 1920s, has announced a two-day autumn installment scheduled for November 7 and 8 on Governors Island. The event, which marks the brand's 21st anniversary, traditionally focuses on the music, fashion, and social atmosphere of the Roaring Twenties.
Founded in 2005 by Michael Arenella, the event series features his Dreamland Orchestra performing period-accurate jazz. The expanded autumn schedule will incorporate seasonal elements such as warm beverages, updated fashion attire, and fall foliage as a backdrop, differentiating it from the standard summer iterations.
The programming includes live performances, dance lessons, vintage vendors, and antique automobile displays. The organizers also provide family-oriented activities, including a children's parade on Sunday.
Admission is ticketed, and attendees are required to arrange their own ferry transit to the island. The venue is fully accessible, and alcohol sales remain restricted to attendees aged 21 and older.
