JB Hi-Fi to Deploy Vusion's Digital Shelf Technology
Australian retailer JB Hi-Fi has announced plans to roll out Vusion's AI-powered digital shelf-edge technology across its stores in Australia and New Zealand.
Australian consumer electronics retailer JB Hi-Fi is expanding its digital store strategy by implementing Vusion's AI-powered digitalization solutions.
The companies announced a new rollout plan to accelerate the digital transformation of JB Hi-Fi's stores. Under the agreement, Vusion's digital shelf-edge technology will be deployed across JB Hi-Fi's Australian stores following a successful pilot phase. The technology will also be fully rolled out to JB Hi-Fi's New Zealand store network.
The initiative aims to further advance the retailer's connected store strategy while preserving JB Hi-Fi's distinctive in-store experience. The solution will combine the retailer's merchandising culture with enhanced pricing and product information, faster in-store execution, and improved operational efficiency.
JB Hi-Fi Australia's MD Cameron Trainor stated that the collaboration with Vusion provides a scalable technology platform to support store teams and advance their strategy. The technology also facilitates easier access to richer product information for staff at the shelf edge, enhancing customer service and reducing manual tasks.
