JBT Automated Systems has officially rebranded as FORMOVA. The name change, unveiled at Automate 2026 in Chicago, signifies the company's evolution and its dedication to advancing automation solutions.

The name FORMOVA draws inspiration from the concept of being "forever in motion," reflecting both the critical operations the company supports and its commitment to continuous innovation. The "Total Automation Intelligence" strategy integrates advanced automated vehicles, orchestration software, and long-term support into a unified system aimed at enhancing material flow, throughput, and performance in mission-critical environments.

With over 40 years of experience, the company has served industries including manufacturing, warehousing, healthcare, and logistics. Having delivered more than 700 systems and 7,000 vehicles globally, FORMOVA has a proven track record of improving safety, efficiency, and scalability through mobile automation. The company is building on this legacy while preparing for future demands.
