Outdoor advertising giant JCDecaux has finalized the acquisition of Abri Services Media, a specialized street furniture operator based in Western France. The transaction adds over 2,600 bus shelters and 2,100 city information panels to JCDecaux’s French portfolio across the Brittany, Pays de la Loire, and Nouvelle-Aquitaine regions.

Founded in 1969, Abri Services Media manages various urban assets, including bike shelters and electronic messaging boards. The acquisition integrates a regional player with 76 employees into JCDecaux's broader network, which encompasses thousands of cities globally.
