JCDecaux Appoints David Bourg as Chief Financial Officer
JCDecaux announced the appointment of David Bourg as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, effective January 15, 2015. He will succeed Laurence Debroux, who is departing the company.

JCDecaux has appointed David Bourg as its new Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and a member of the Executive Board, effective January 15, 2015. Bourg will replace Laurence Debroux, who is stepping down from her role and leaving the company on the same date to pursue other professional opportunities.
Bourg, 44, brings extensive experience to the role, having joined JCDecaux in 2001. He has held positions including Chief Financial Officer for Asia and CEO for the Middle East. His prior career includes roles in audit and business development at Deloitte & Touche.
In conjunction with Bourg's appointment, Martin Sabbagh has been named CEO for the Middle East, succeeding Bourg in that capacity. Jean-Charles Decaux, Chairman of the Executive Board, thanked Debroux for her contributions and welcomed Bourg and Sabbagh to their new roles.
