JCDecaux, Dubai Duty Free, and Dubai Airports announced a partnership on December 13, 2017, to introduce a new data-driven Drive-to-Store advertising offer at Dubai International Airport (DXB), effective January 1, 2018. This collaboration aims to create a new ecosystem integrating advertising, airport, and travel retail data to optimize ad scheduling and enhance campaign efficiency.

The initiative involves JCDecaux Dicon managing digital advertising assets along passenger routes in conjunction with Dubai Duty Free. This represents a unique collaboration between an airport authority, travel retailer, and advertising operator, offering a novel value proposition to the market. The system is designed to leverage data to make advertising messages more effective through customization and targeted delivery.

Brands will have the opportunity to utilize "Dynamic Content Solutions" on the network, allowing advertising creative to be adapted based on real-time data feeds, including retail data, language, time of day, and flight destinations. This capability aims to ensure that the right advertising message reaches the right audience at the optimal time and location.

The new Drive-to-Store advertising offer is expected to significantly boost the impact and efficiency of existing media offerings at Dubai International Airport.
