JCDecaux launches share buy-back programme
Outdoor advertising company JCDecaux has initiated a share buy-back programme, set to run until May 2027. The programme aims to repurchase up to 304,903 shares, representing approximately 0.14% of the company's share capital.
JCDecaux SE, a global leader in outdoor advertising, has launched a share buy-back programme authorized by its Annual General Meeting. The programme will run from October 12, 2026, to May 25, 2027.
The company intends to purchase up to 304,903 of its own shares, which equates to roughly 0.14% of its total share capital. These repurchased shares are designated for use in covering the company's performance share allocations for both current and future incentive plans.
JCDecaux, listed on Euronext Paris, operates worldwide in various segments of outdoor advertising, including street furniture, transport advertising, and billboards. The company reported 2025 revenue of €3,967.1 million and H1 2026 revenue of €1,953.9 million.
