JCDecaux has secured a renewed 10-year exclusive contract to operate advertising assets for CFL, Luxembourg's national railway company. The agreement, effective June 1, 2026, will transition the network to a fully digital offering with 143 screens.

JCDecaux has been awarded a renewed 10-year exclusive contract to manage advertising operations for CFL, the Luxembourg National Railway Company. The agreement, commencing June 1, 2026, signals a significant shift towards a fully digital advertising network across the country's rail stations.
The contract extends the current network of 24 stations and adds 20 new locations, resulting in a total of 143 digital screens nationwide. Several stations will feature the "LiveTouch" system, enhancing the passenger experience, with notable upgrades planned for Luxembourg Central Station.
These new, energy-efficient screens will be integrated into the station environments and connected to JCDecaux's adtech ecosystem. This integration will enable high-performance, precisely planned, and measurable advertising campaigns through programmatic buying, offering brands targeted reach and flexibility.
Sustainability is a key component of the contract, with commitments to renewable energy, recycled materials, and waste management. JCDecaux will utilize a 100% electric vehicle fleet for maintenance and implement adaptive lighting systems to reduce energy consumption.
This renewed partnership solidifies JCDecaux's position as a key player in Luxembourg's outdoor advertising market and supports the country's ongoing modernization and digitization initiatives.
