JCDecaux, a global leader in outdoor advertising, reported on July 31, 2025, a robust performance for the first half of 2025. The company's revenue reached €1,868.3 million, a reported increase of 3.4% and an organic growth of 3.3%. Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising, a key growth area, saw its revenue increase by 12.2% and now accounts for approximately 40% of the group's total revenue.

The company demonstrated strong operating leverage, with operating margin increasing by 17.6% to €307.4 million. Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) before impairment charge rose by 11.6% to €125.6 million. These results were achieved within a challenging macroeconomic and geopolitical environment, underscoring the company's strategic positioning and operational efficiency.

JCDecaux leveraged its extensive geographic footprint and continued to invest in its digital advertising network. Programmatic advertising revenue grew by 25.2% in the period, representing 10.1% of the DOOH segment's revenue, highlighting the increasing adoption of data-driven advertising solutions.

Looking ahead to the third quarter of 2025, JCDecaux anticipates a low single-digit negative organic revenue growth. This forecast is primarily due to a significant comparison base impact from major sporting events held in the prior year, namely the UEFA Euro 2024 and the Paris Olympic Games. Excluding these effects, the company expects high single-digit organic growth compared to 2023.
