Outdoor advertising company JCDecaux has won the exclusive advertising concession for Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport in China.
The contract, effective from February 1, 2024, expands JCDecaux's presence in Chinese airports and strengthens its position in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, a dynamic economic region.
JCDecaux plans to install new digital giant screens and invest in data and software to enhance the airport's advertising capabilities. The company aims to improve passenger experience through targeted advertising and will prioritize sustainability and safety initiatives.
Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport is a major Chinese airport, having handled nearly 53 million passengers in 2023. JCDecaux has been involved in airport advertising in China since 2005, operating concessions at several other key airports.
