JCDecaux wins Rostock street furniture advertising contract
JCDecaux's subsidiary Wall GmbH has been awarded an exclusive contract for street furniture advertising in Rostock, Germany. The deal includes renovating bus shelters and digitizing key locations.

JCDecaux SE announced that its subsidiary Wall GmbH has secured an exclusive contract for analogue and digital advertising on street furniture in Rostock, Germany. The agreement follows a tender process and will see Wall GmbH renovate existing bus shelters and implement digital advertising screens in key city locations.
Rostock, the largest city in the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania state with 175,000 inhabitants, is a significant Baltic Sea port and a key economic and scientific hub in northern Germany. It also hosts the popular seaside resort Warnemünde.
This contract extends JCDecaux's long-standing relationship with the city of Rostock, which began 35 years ago. Jean-François Decaux, Chairman of the Executive Board and Co-CEO, highlighted the environmental benefits of refurbishing existing infrastructure, noting it as a positive step towards achieving the company's Net Zero goals by 2050.
