JD Logistics has launched a new "By 10 AM" delivery service, aimed at helping retailers receive stock and replenish shelves early in the day. The service promises delivery before 10:30 AM without extra charge.
Chinese logistics provider JD Logistics has introduced a new service called "早十点达" (approximately "By 10 AM"). This service targets retailers in central business districts and specialized markets, aiming to enable them to receive deliveries before the main customer traffic of the day.
The initiative addresses the need for early morning stock replenishment for various businesses, including 3C electronics stores, clothing boutiques, and chain supermarkets. JD Logistics has optimized delivery routes and increased courier capacity to ensure goods arrive promptly, typically before 10:30 AM, at no additional cost.
Currently available in core business areas of major and second-tier cities across China, the service allows 3C stores to receive new products and accessories in the morning, ready for display and sale upon opening. Clothing retailers can prepare items for the sales floor, while supermarkets can restock shelves to meet early morning customer demand.
By aligning delivery schedules with store operating hours, JD Logistics aims to improve retailers' efficiency and enhance the customer experience. The company expects this service to bolster merchants' market competitiveness by ensuring timely stock availability.
