Jeanne Boillet Appointed to Bombardier Board of Directors

Bombardier Inc. announced on October 1, 2026, that Jeanne Boillet has been appointed to its Board of Directors. Boillet brings more than four decades of international experience in audit, governance, innovation, and business transformation.

Boillet recently retired from EY, where she served as Lead Audit Partner for prominent companies within the CAC 40 and Swiss Market Index (SMI) during her career in France and Switzerland. Her roles at EY also included leadership positions at national, regional, and global levels.

"Jeanne brings exceptional experience in governance, technology-enabled transformation, and stakeholder engagement," said Pierre Beaudoin, Chairman of the Board, Bombardier. "Her international perspective and deep understanding of complex businesses will be invaluable as Bombardier continues to execute its strategy and build on its leadership position in business aviation."

Boillet is a recognized thought leader who has authored articles on the future of audit and corporate governance. She is a Certified Public Accountant in France and Switzerland and holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from ESSEC Business School.
