JELD-WEN Reports Mixed Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results
Building products firm JELD-WEN saw revenue dip 1.4% to $798.5 million in Q3 2026, though adjusted EBITDA rose as the company retained its European division.

JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. posted net revenues of $798.5 million for the third quarter of 2026, a 1.4% decline compared to the same period in 2025. The contraction was largely attributed to a 2% drop in core volume and product mix, particularly in the North American segment where demand has softened.
Despite the top-line decline, the company reported an adjusted EBITDA of $54.4 million, up from $44.4 million a year earlier. Margin improvement was driven by tariff refunds, enhanced productivity, and lower selling, general, and administrative expenses. Net loss narrowed significantly to $17.2 million, compared to $367.6 million in the prior year's period, which was heavily impacted by non-cash impairment charges.
Following a strategic review, JELD-WEN announced it will retain its European operations, focusing on cost reduction and performance improvements. CEO William J. Christensen stated the company remains committed to its full-year guidance while concurrently moving to refinance debt and raise $135 million in additional liquidity.
