Royal Canin North America has named Jennifer Cullen as the General Manager for its U.S. Veterinary Business Unit, effective June 2026.
Cullen joins Royal Canin from Kenvue, where she most recently served as Head of Commercial Operations, North America. Her background includes extensive experience in brand building and sales excellence, which will support Royal Canin's therapeutic nutrition portfolio.
In her new role, Cullen will be responsible for driving strategic growth for the U.S. veterinary business. This will involve strengthening partnerships with veterinarians and leading new product innovation.
Throughout her career, Cullen has held various roles of increasing responsibility across Kenvue and Johnson & Johnson, spanning sales and marketing. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Sciences.
Royal Canin, a division of Mars, Incorporated, focuses on pet health nutrition. The company develops science-based, tailored nutrition for cats and dogs in collaboration with veterinarians and pet professionals.
