Jessa VanderWeide, a member of Amway's founding family, is an investor and philanthropist involved in her family's business ventures, including Wakestream Holdings and Baton Collective.

Jessa VanderWeide, affiliated with Amway's founding families, serves as an investor and philanthropist. She is involved in the leadership of several DeVos family enterprises, such as Wakestream Holdings and Baton Collective. VanderWeide also sits on the board of Baton Collective, chairing its talent and culture committee.
She recently completed a 12-week culinary program at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, an establishment situated on an organic farm. VanderWeide supports the Slow Food movement, which advocates for local food and sustainable farming practices.
With a focus on mental and physical health and wellness, VanderWeide champions causes that aim to positively influence individuals, children, and families. She and her husband, Jeff Smith, are part of The Well, a community that underwrites operational costs for charity: water, enabling 100% of public donations to directly fund clean water projects.
VanderWeide holds a bachelor's degree in communications with minors in entrepreneurship and psychology from Wake Forest University. She resides in New York City with her husband.
