Jessica Andresen Appointed Managing Director of Proalpha Switzerland
Jessica Andresen will assume leadership of Proalpha Schweiz AG as Managing Director, effective September 1, 2026. She will be responsible for driving the continued growth of the company's Swiss business.
Proalpha Group has reorganized its management structure in Switzerland, appointing Jessica Andresen as the new Managing Director of Proalpha Schweiz AG, effective September 1, 2026.
In her new capacity, Andresen will lead the company's efforts to expand its Swiss operations. Key objectives include increasing software sales, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and enhancing market penetration within the manufacturing sector. She will also focus on aligning direct sales, partner initiatives, and existing customer engagement.
Andresen brings over two decades of experience in technical sales and leadership of international sales and project teams. She transitioned to software sales in 2018 after a career in manufacturing, including roles in the automotive supply industry. Most recently, she served as Strategic Account Director SaaS for German-speaking Switzerland at Oracle.
"Proalpha has a strong foundation in Switzerland. The goal now is to consistently translate that strength into further growth," Andresen stated. "My ambition is to continue expanding our business in Switzerland with a clear sales focus: staying closer to our customers, pursuing new business opportunities more systematically, and delivering software solutions that create measurable value for manufacturing companies."
Proalpha serves customers in manufacturing and wholesale throughout Switzerland, with offices in Aesch, Biel, and Steinhausen. Under Andresen's leadership, the company aims to further solidify its market presence and deepen collaborations with local partners and its existing customer base.
