The "blue hand" symbol, intended as a safety indicator, has been incorrectly printed in green on cards included with specific batches of the 150 and 300 microgram injection solutions.
The company has issued the information in coordination with the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and the State Authority of Hamburg. The affected batches are detailed in a specific information letter available to healthcare professionals.
