The company emphasizes that documentation such as compliance certificates, product samples, and production line monitoring serve different purposes and are not interchangeable.

The manufacturer explains that compliance evidence verifies that a product meets specific market and regulatory requirements or certifications for a defined market. Sample evidence, on the other hand, pertains to an identified appliance under stated conditions, confirming its performance. Production evidence demonstrates a factory's ability to consistently reproduce an approved product.

According to Jinhuan Dryer, buyers may mistakenly believe that any form of documentation is sufficient. Issues arise when one type of evidence is used to answer a question belonging to another. For instance, a compliance document might be valid but apply to a different model than the one being supplied.

The company advises buyers to focus on obtaining the correct type of proof for each decision point in an OEM project. A robust project requires that all three layers of evidence—compliance, sample, and production—align with the same product identity. Relying on one type of proof to compensate for deficiencies in another weakens the project's overall reliability.
