JinkoSolar Unveils New Solar Module With 25.52% Efficiency
JinkoSolar has introduced the Tiger Neo 5.0 residential solar module, achieving 25.52% efficiency. The module is designed for premium homes and combines enhanced performance with an all-black aesthetic.
JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. has launched its new Tiger Neo 5.0 residential solar module, built on its proprietary TAC technology. The all-black, 48-cell module delivers a maximum power output of 510 W and achieves a module efficiency of 25.52%.
The new module is designed to offer improved performance, particularly in high-temperature environments, due to a lower temperature coefficient. JinkoSolar states that the module provides approximately 30 W more power compared to conventional back-contact (BC) modules. The TAC technology integrates aspects of TOPCon and HJT semiconductor processes.
Beyond its technical specifications, the Tiger Neo 5.0 features a uniform, deep black appearance intended to blend seamlessly with premium residential rooftops. This focus on aesthetics aims to address specific market demands for visually appealing solar installations.
