The heater band, produced by Jinwei, is intended to address issues of difficult startup, oil condensation, and poor operation caused by low-temperature environments. The device utilizes high-quality silicone rubber as its outer protective layer and a high-performance resistive heating core internally. The band's flexible design allows it to be wrapped tightly around cylindrical equipment of various sizes.
The company states the heater band provides uniform and stable low-power heating, which quickly raises the temperature of equipment shells and internal lubricating oil. This ensures smooth equipment startup in cold conditions and extends the service life of precision components.
