JMGO Iris Ultra Max Projector Now Available Outside China

JMGO's Iris Ultra Max, a 4K 120Hz Google TV projector, is now available for purchase outside of China. The device is named after its new dual-iris system, which JMGO states allows for an impressive 10,000:1 native contrast ratio.

This enhancement addresses contrast, a common challenge for projectors, by employing two separate physical apertures (irises) at different points in the optical path. These control light scatter and brightness more effectively than a single iris. The projector also boasts a triple-laser light engine, delivering up to 6,500 ISO lumens of brightness.

Last year, 6,000 lumens represented a significant achievement for an all-in-one projector at events like IFA. The Iris Ultra Max builds on this, offering enhanced image quality suitable for gaming and sports viewing due to its high brightness and specifications.

The projector integrates the Google TV operating system, providing direct access to streaming services and applications. Its specifications, including a high refresh rate and low latency, are positioned to appeal to gamers.
