Jobber integrates with Google AI search to streamline service business bookings

Jobber, a provider of operations software for home and commercial service businesses, has announced an integration with Google's AI Mode in Search. The partnership enables service providers to be discovered by consumers using AI-driven search, facilitating direct booking requests that flow into the Jobber platform.

As search habits shift toward AI, the integration aims to position local service companies where potential customers are making hiring decisions. By automating the capture of these requests, Jobber intends to reduce administrative overhead for its users, allowing them to review and manage leads within their existing scheduling workflow.

CEO Sam Pillar described the move as a necessary adaptation to evolving discovery channels. He emphasized that the goal is to help service professionals maintain visibility in competitive digital spaces while ensuring they retain control over their direct customer relationships. The integration is currently available for eligible Jobber customers in the United States.
