Jocelyn Freimuth Highlights Borderless Pharmacy Practice at Asian Conference

Jocelyn Freimuth, owner of Camino Compass Pharmacy Consulting, presented models for borderless pharmacy practice at the 25th Asian Conference on Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP 2026) held in Bangkok in July. The conference convened clinical pharmacy professionals, educators, and researchers from across Asia and the international community.

This model, examined through a review of 482 adult patients in 2024, suggested that integrating virtual care and personalized pharmacy services could accelerate treatment initiation and improve care continuity.
