Jochen Moll appointed head of Proalpha Group's HCM division

Proalpha Group, a provider of ERP and business applications for the mid-market, has appointed Jochen Moll as the new CEO of Atoria, a group company specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The appointment is effective immediately.

Moll joins Proalpha Group from 1WorldSync, where he has been CEO since 2020, significantly contributing to the company's establishment as a market leader in Europe during that time. Previously, he held executive positions, including Chief Digital Officer (CDO) for Sonepar Group and CEO of Intershop Communications AG.

In his new role at Atoria, Moll is tasked with further developing the company's HCM solutions and strengthening its market position as a provider for medium-sized businesses. Atoria has been formed by consolidating Proalpha Group's recent acquisitions in the HCM sector, including tisoware, Persis, and Quiply.

The Proalpha Group has strategically strengthened its HCM portfolio through several acquisitions in recent years. The consolidation under the 'Atoria – The people software' brand aims to create a unified HCM platform that offers seamless integration with Proalpha's ERP software. Atoria has also relocated to new premises in Reutlingen, Germany.
