Jochen Moll Appointed Managing Director of Proalpha Group's HCM Specialist Atoria

Proalpha Group announced the appointment of Jochen Moll as the new managing director for Atoria, a subsidiary focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Moll's extensive background includes over 30 years in the software industry, with a significant portion in executive leadership roles.

In his new capacity, Moll will lead Atoria's operations and strategic direction, reporting to Christoph Kull, President of Business Applications at Proalpha Group. The company stated that Moll's experience is expected to drive Atoria's growth and market positioning.

Moll's previous roles include leadership positions at companies such as 1WorldSync, Sonepar Group, and Intershop Communications AG. His career has involved establishing market leadership and developing digital strategies and cloud-based product portfolios.

Atoria was formed by consolidating Proalpha's recent acquisitions: tisoware, Persis, and Quiply. The aim is to provide an integrated HCM platform that complements Proalpha's ERP software for the mid-sized business market.
